Hours of sleep
From 1.30 pm to 4.00 pm and from 9.00 pm to 9.00 am, please, avoid to:
- speak excessively loudly;
- listen to loud music;
- drugging luggage, chairs or furniture.
Smoke
Da Noi, smoking is prohibited in all rooms; however, there are ashtrays on the balconies of the rooms and the common one. Please, refrain from throwing ashes and butts in the courtyard below.
Recycle
You will find practical binders in the kitchen and on the common balcony to sort paper, plastic, metal and glass. In Vico del Gargano metals are collected with plastic; in the kitchen, you can find containers for wet and undifferentiated products.
Common spaces
- The corridor that we ask you to keep clear of luggage, shoes and other personal items
- The dining room is not an extension of one’s room. The table in the hall can accommodate all the guests because extensible to up to 10 seats
- The kitchen is fully equipped for all guests; please, organize yourself to access the fires. It is your job to keep the spaces and objects used clean with respect for the other guests
- The refrigerator is organized by rooms to help you not occupy other people’s space
- The washing machine is available. Manage yourself for use or common washing. The environnement will thank you
- The dining room’s balcony is available to everyone. Guests in the Vela room can use it to place their drying rack as they do not have a private balcony.
Entry and exit from the apartment
You can open the outside entrance door to the apartment ONLY with the key. Please, make sure you have it with you before leaving the apartment. In case you happen to be locked out, contact the Host. You will be charged for the replacement of the lock if you lose your keys.
Please, close the door of the building entering or leaving in the evening.
Safety
When you go out, always lock your room. The Management is not liable for theft or damage to personal effects.
Check in & out
When you arrive, it will come:
- Paid any balance of the stay
- Collected the tourist tax
- Acquiring the documents of all guests for legal registrations
- Signed the rental contract
- Hand over keys and room
When you leave, they will come:
- Collect the keys
- Checked the room
- Paid any costs
Cleaning
On checkout days, cleaning staff will begin work at around 10:00 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience.
